Arrived to Fairbanks on vacation and found this spot through a vegan app. The vegan Mac and Cheese was so freaking delicious. It even had a bit of a kick which I really liked. It gave me a great first impression for a first meal in Alaska. I would highly recommend this spot for delicious food.

This little hole in the wall is tucked in right next to a cannabis dispensary, so be careful and read the sign on the door your about to walk in. Lol But, this is exactly what it advertises. Cheese, cheese and more cheese. Super crunchy and delicious grilled cheese sandwiches, the tots are even better than the sandwich and the Mac is big enough for two or three and even more cheesy. They do strange mixes for their favorites, but with what they are next to, I’m sure the munchie folks come over and are like cheese, tots, chips, pork, ranch.... Mixed all together.... Yaaaaaas They have a couple outdoor seating tables, but this is a to-go eatery. It’s a small little hole in the wall. Also, there will be a bit of a wait, but again it’s really small with a small staff. Still came out fresh and tasty. Also, reheats well.

There is no place to sit in this place, but there is a place to stand and wait and also they give you a buzzer to take to your car which is what I did as I waited for my food. Lots of options and the staff was patient in explaining the menu and the different choices. A bit pricier than I expected, and they had run out of bread for sandwiches but I was there for the Mac and Cheese. She said it might take 20 min for food but it took 5 minutes. I got the spicy Mac. Huge portion, addictively yummy sauce. Came with a free fountain soda. Will return for Mac and Cheese until I have tried all of them. Yum! Note they are open past 4pm on Sundays, I got food at 6:40 on a Sunday. They are also at the Fairbanks fair! There is no sign on the outside indicating that it is here, so be brave and go thru an open door! They do have one picnic table outside.

Deliciously cheesey food here. I recommend the Buff Chick sandwich--you can never go wrong with cheese and buffalo sauce. Also, their cereal shakes are a cool blast of color.

We walked in to order to-go, and the staff was supper friendly. Portions sizes were big, and the food was so flavorful and hot even after driving a bit with it. The shakes were not as sweet as i was hoping for, but still yummy. It's definitely worth eating when visiting fairbanks.

Was awesome, the shake (crunch berry) was phenomenal and we got the miss piggy, Mac n cheese and bbq pulled pork, and green onions. Tasted awesome and will be going back. Defiantly a bit pricy, two items was 25 but worth every buck! Will be coming back again. The cashier was very helpful in helping us decide what to pick!!!

We got the fruity pebbles shake, breakfast tots, the platter, the chik norris mac n cheese and the buffalo chicken mac, everything was incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. This is our new favorite spot!
